How to Sign Up

1. Make a payment for your membership here
–take note of the PayPal receipt number.
2. SAVE the PDF membership form first to your computer. Right click here and click “Save As”.
3. Fill it out the PDF and click save
4. Email that saved filled out PDF to admin@wifta.ca

You must SAVE the PDF first to your computer, then fill it out and save. It won’t work the other way around.
