Set Etiquette and Protocol

This course is recommended for newcomers to the film industry - and it is a requirement for IATSE Local 210’s film and TV members and permitted workers.  It is being offered by Women in Film and Television Alberta (WIFTA) in partnership with IATSE Local 210 and NAIT. Attend this information packed seminar and learn what to expect when you are called to work on a film set and what you are supposed to do when you arrive on set.

This workshop will provide you with vocabulary and details about the chain of command in the film crew. Find out more about the positions on a crew, who does what, the behaviour that is expected of you, and what you need to bring to a call.  You will be issued a set etiquette card upon completion of the course.
